Self Care Yoga Retreat

At this yoga retreat you will learn what your chakras are and how to balance them and be mindful of them throughout the year. Balance you Chakras through a beautiful practice of Aroma Yoga.
Aroma Yoga is the marriage between polarity yoga and aromatherapy. It helps us to explore our inner energy sources within us, our Chakras and the elements that manifest within them. Using Young Livings essential oils to help engage the Chakras even deeper. Allowing us to release negative energy and possible trauma we may be holding on to from years past.

Vibrational Medicine Workshop
January 11-12
Discover tools, theories and principals in quantum healing, neurobiology, energy medicine, history, and methods to integrate into the work you are already doing.
This program is great for mental health providers, yoga teachers, and others interested in learning more about the field of vibrational medicine. We will discuss and explore modalities such as the chakras, reiki, electromagnetic, color therapy, vibrational healing. Tools explored will range from sound bowls, gemstones and meditation practices. Dive into a weekend of total self care, integration and comprehensive learning.
At completion students will walk away with Foundations of Vibrational Medicine certificate and yoga teachers will receive 16 hours of Continuing Ed through Yoga Alliance.

ICRT Reiki I/II Certification
January 18-19
During this training you will be guided through the basics of Reiki, and what it means to be a Reiki healer/practitioner. You will receive the first and second degree Reiki energy placement of Holy Fire® energy, which you can use to provide healing to yourself and others.

ICRT Reiki Master/Holy Fire III Certification
February 8, 9, 15
The Master training combines the complete Usui/Holy Fire® III Master training into one 3-day class which is usually taught during a 3-day weekend or otherwise during the week. See individual class pages for class times.
To qualify to take this class, a student must have taken Reiki I&II and practiced Reiki II for at least six months.
In the process of learning the healing techniques, Experiences, Placements and Ignitions (Note that Placements and Ignitions provide the same benefit as attunements.) and taking part in the guided meditations (Experiences), each student will receive many healing experiences.
